The installation process
1. Tear Off
The first thing we do is tear off all existing shingles, felt, metal, etc. so we can inspect the cecking underneath.
2. Inspection
if the decking needs to be repaced, we replace up to 3 sheets of decking for no additional cost. if there is a bad or rotted decking, we wil repace it and invoice your insurance company for the difference.
3. Felt
the synthetic underlayment we lay down provides a 100% waterproof barrier prior to the shingles being installed
4. Valley Protection
we install an ice & wtaer shield made of a self healing rubber membrane to protect your home from water intrusion
5. Starter Strip
we install starter strip shinges around the permeter of every home.
6. Pipe Flashing
we install DuraFlo pipe flashing around all plumbing pipes with a 35-year warranty.
7. Metals
we replace all metals and fashing as needed.
8. Ventilation
we install all types of ventilation systems.
9. Repaint
we will paint all metals and fashings to match the shinge color. this way, everything will ook aesthetically appealing.
10. Cleanup
once finished, we go over the entire yard with a magnetic toolbar. Our crew is very clean, but we still encourage caustion after your roof gets installed.
