Roof insurance claim help
Insurance claims are confusing. We make them simple, with 100% claim support from the first inspection to the final nail.
You pay for insurance to protect your home. Your claim should actually do that.
We know the process. You don't have to.
Most homeowners file a roof claim once or twice in their life. Policies, adjusters, and estimates are full of terms nobody explains. Our job is to educate you so you can make the best decision for you and your family.
We inspect your roof, document the damage with photos, and help get the report to your insurance company in a timely manner. When the estimate comes back, we go through it with you. And if we find rotted decking during the install, we replace it and invoice your insurance company for the difference beyond the 3 sheets we cover at no extra cost.

Veteran owned. Precision built.
Don't take our word for it.
Probably the absolute best roofing contractor I have ever seen. Karma made it feel like a white-glove service. He took care of everything with the insurance, and the roof replacement process was a dream.
My experience exceeded my expectations in every way possible, from start to finish. The contractor kept me informed and encouraged understanding of the process of getting the roof inspected and getting the report to my insurance company in a timely manner.

Straight answers.
Can you waive or pay my deductible?
No. Texas law requires homeowners to pay their insurance deductible, and contractors can't waive, rebate, or absorb it. A company that offers to is breaking the law.
Can I choose my own roofer?
Yes. You hire the contractor you choose. Your insurance company may suggest contractors, but you generally aren't required to use them. If you're unsure, check your policy or ask your agent.
What's the difference between ACV and RCV?
Actual Cash Value (ACV) pays what your old roof was worth after depreciation. Replacement Cost Value (RCV) pays to replace it with a new one, often in two payments. Your policy says which one you have, and we'll help you read it.
What if my claim is denied?
Ask your insurance company to explain the decision in writing. You can usually request a re-inspection. We'll go over our photos with you so you can decide on next steps.
Do you charge for claim help?
Our inspection is free, and claim support is part of every storm restoration job we do.
